Join us Saturday April 23rd for the release of our Collaboration with Ciders From Mars, a Beer/Cider Co-Ferment called Graf*. To make this Graf we first pasteurized the juice from Winesap, Granny Smith, Pink Lady and Stayman apples, from Ciders From Mars. Then we brewed a batch of Mycroft Pale Ale and blended it with the apple juice, co-fermenting the blend with our house English Ale yeast. The result is a dry, fruity, lightly hoppy creation very much like an English “Snakebite”, but more full bodied.
