Holly Renee Allen:
With a voice real and honest as it comes, Holly Renee Allen delivers Americana soul, songs shot straight from the heart. A Virginia native who grew up in the Shenandoah Valley at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains, born and bred from generations of country and bluegrass musicians. Holly cut her musical teeth on the likes of The Beatles, Janis Joplin, The Rolling Stones, Bonnie Raitt, and Bob Dylan. She has played throughout the southeast bringing her own brand of ‘’Southernese’’, a melodic collection of love, heartache, sex, and longing that’s bold as a ruby camellia blooming in red clay draped over 6 strings and a wooden box.
Emily Julia Kresky:
Emily Julia Kresky is a multifaceted songwriter, singer, guitarist and performer who blends styles of retro-blues, American roots and rock. Emily’s music is rooted in a deep pool of inspiration, drawing from various genres, decades and playing styles such as rockabilly, Gypsy Jazz and blues-shuffle to create her authentic and recognizable sound. Her songs embody a whimsical storyteller quality and are rich with luscious layers of bluesy/soulful vocals, catchy melodies and poetic lyrics. Also dedicated to being an active participant in the local Charlottesville music scene, she organized and hosted Jam Fish Music Festival for three consecutive years, books music acts for The Shebeen Pub and Braai, is a teaching artist for MIMA music, and is the Artist and Community Relations Coordinator for The Front Porch.
Rebecca Porter has proven herself with a uniquely powerful and recognizable sound, and the ability to command any stage. With influences of American southern soul, blues and country reaching back more than half a century, Rebecca is a singer and songwriter who thrives on delivering a knockout musical experience like no other.
